Category: Office Hours

Be sure to tune in to our very first Office Hours show on Webmaster Radio on Thursday, January 15 at 1pm Pacific. I taped the show at Pubcon Las Vegas in November and talked about the biggest on-site issues that often get overlooked. In particular, sometimes people can get so caught up in ranking well, that they lose sight of their customers and forget that what they really want is to engage with those who visit their site (and turn those visitors into long-term customers). Jill Whalen stopped by to chat about easy things site owners can do to improve their sites.  (Thanks Jill!)

For tomorrow’s show, you can listen from webmasterradio.fm as they live stream, or you can check back here for the podcast. (I’ll update the post once I have the link.) Future shows will be live so you can ask me questions in the chatroom as we go.

Starting with next week’s show, I’ll write a new blog post on Monday so that you can ask questions for that Thursday’s show. I’ll update that post with things we talked about after the show airs on Thursday. So get your questions ready!

Updated: Here’s the link to the podcast!
